Default Boost solenoid

I have some hesitation when on part throttle, am i right in thinking that when lifing off you're meant to hear the boost solenoid clicking?

I have a simtek fitted if that helps, but i don't hear the solenoid doing anything, i have all new coilpacks and pfr7b plugs gapped to 0.7mm and ive replaced the ecu water temp sensor so it can't be an ignition problem.

Ive blasted the piping with carb cleaner to see if that helps.

Can anyone help?

If you connect the reset wires under the dash and turn on the ignition the BCS should tick/click continuously, you will never hear it from inside whilst driving

He has stated he has a simtek so no test read connect!!!
best thing to do if it is poss for you is try another boost solenoid from a different car see if it eliminates your prob
