Default sensor problem... i guess

Ok, my english might sound funny, but i'm gonna explain as good as i can,, So, have this problem with revs , it keeps holdin' on 1100rpm, or pulsin, not all the time ,but quite often. I've changed lembda senor, have cleaned air intake and MAF, put it today in the moorning, reset the ECU , still the same , have got overboost as well,1.5 bar, (i'm tryin' to be calm with that) total head ake . Also i've noticed that it started to take far more fuel then it used to. , i'm waiting till the " times will be better" hopefully soon, to get a remap , as i have some mods like:

Full de-cat:

JapSpeed Manifold+Up-pipe
JapSpeed Downpipe
HKS exhaust system
HKS spark plugs
Apexi Power intake

Iwould be very pleased if someone could point me to the right direction resolving these Problems.

The overboosting and overfueling can only be fixed by a remap, you need that asap imho, especially since you've changed the intake and downpipe, is it a decat?
