Make sure all the electrics are connected ok,checking all earths are good.
Next, make sure it's running an all 4,i had an issue on my 2.5 build that caused the engine to run on one head only, sounded ok,and started fine like this!
Then if all's good,i'd check your compression, make sure it's ok.

The clutch is a pain to bleed, the slave is under the i/c,on top of the gearbox. It has a bleed nipple, but it's not quite at the top,and air gets traped,so remove it from it's mount, raising the nipple to the top, then slowly bleed it as you would brakes.
The purge sol in under the inlet manifold, drivers side, chances are the connectors come off.
