Default hesitation/missfire 99 classic HELP!

Hi there iv got a 99 uk classic with a full decat and an apexi air filter got a problem with the engine theres hesitation when you accelerate and between 4 to 6000 rpm it seems to misfire iv run diagnostic tests on the car with no faults shown when i fitted the fmic it got 10 times worse had to put the tmic back on will a remap work? ecu still standerd at the mo! if so is there anyone in south wales that does them? any ideas on the problem?

maf sensor..

should be mapped for those mods really but it should drive okay before hand..

unless it is overboosting lots an clipping boost cut?

I'd say change the MAF for new one - is your air filter an induction type - if so put the standard box back with a non oiled filter after. Mine did the sam, and showed up no faults - Have you had it on a dyno to see if it running lean?
