ENGINE PRESSURE QUESTION ???
If my head gasket/s has/have failed, then how much pressure will be present in my cooling system when maxing out the revs? In my case the PFC has been set for a rev limiter of 7020rpm. The car has its std fitment TD05H turbo, pushing 1.1bar of boost.

its an impossible question to answer. Depends how bad the gasget is gone, How much pressure is released through the cap, the pressure probably goes up and down dependand on revs etc

But what I'm trying to get at is that the air pressures created by the piston compressing the air are, presumably, far greater the the OEM's rad cap (0.9bar)... or are they? . If so, then surely this would be the reason why you'd experience coolant forced through the expansion tank overflow, no? And ultimately coolant loss over time?
See my other thread, for the reason for me asking this question in the 1st place (sorry, but it's rather long lol)...

your head gasket will have gone if you have bubbles coming up from the overflow tank and the main tank keeps empting into the overflow as the pressure keeps pumping it out the main
