01 impreza code

i have a 2001 bugeye impreza that shows the code p1507 any help on how 2 solve this would be gr8. the codes is idle control malfunction

P1507 Idle control system malfunction (fail-safe) ...Hmm

Does your car have an uneven idle ??

My ICVS failed and the idle used to be so fast I guess people thought I was revving it LOL

Replacement ICVS cost an arm and a leg !!! I'd check around for loose and split hoses first. Some people have tried to clean them but not sure how successful.
