Default 440cc injectors which engine are they from

Hi,can anyone confirm for which phase engine this injector is from,i have been told it is from a phase 1/1.5,but before i go to the expense of sending them off to be cleaned and flow tested,i would like to know that they are right for an MY98 uk turbo 2000.The codes on it are as follows.

On the top is 0R15 6Z07D (2 of the injectors have the number 2,and 2 of the injectors have the number 3 written after this code)

On the blue band is A46-00

Thanks
Rob

From your picture Rob, it looks like a Version 4 Injector ( to suit Inlet manifold with inline bolt holes).
Picture below is a Version 5 STi 440 injector (staggered bolt holes on the Inlet Manifold)

Hope this helps

Mick.

Hi,

could you, please, by any chance check numbers on your injectors and tell me what model numbers they are?

Ami

I have just bought a set of second hand, ultrasonically cleaned phase 2 v.5/6 ones on here - as per the ones above.

Just checked the numbers...

On the top of the yellow bit are two diametrically opposed numbers; "0308" and "0010"

On the next tier down on the yellow bit is the number "5"

On the side of the black plastic ring moulding it reads...

Inj #1... "MADE IN JAPAN A5"
inj #2... "MADE IN JAPAN B3"
inj #3... "MADE IN JAPAN B3"
inj #4... "MADE IN JAPAN B6"

This is the only writing I can make out. Don't know if it helps at all?

It's explained/illustrated in the posts above yours.

So...

Same (as far as fitting the rails goes). They have the long-nose pintle.

It's the MY99/00 phase 2 which are different (short pintle) and don't fit the ph.1/1.5 rails. You'd need the 'Carl Davey' adaptor kit, to do so. He left the scene in 2013 or something and some other trader (I forget who) now sells it.

Yes i saw that the phase 2 are multi jet, but just wanted to know if difference between phase 1 and 1.5.

As i have a set here. Have seen a few places with the adaptor kit. So there's basically no difference between them.
