Default Brake squeel

Ive noticed one of my front brakes constantly squeels at low speed. As soon as i touch the brake pedal it goes away. Take my foot off the pedal and it comes back. My mechanic said one of the callipers was seized so fitted a new slider kit for it which made no difference. He then tried a new set of pads and packed the back of them with copper grease and that hasnt worked. The cars a 95 wrx ra. Anyone have any other suggestions?

cheers.

Christ I had that issue or similar with the EVO 4 I owned, nothing solved it. Brakes/Disks/Flexies. Cost a fortune in fuel with the brakes sticking on. And at 210bhp it was slow enough!!!
