Why would my car not reach normal water temp?
I have an issue whereby I used to have 87c as a normal water temp and now I get 83c max.
I have replaced the thermostat and nothing changed, so is it the coolant temp sensor or could something else be causing it to run colder?

PS I have bypassed the heater matrix as I believed this was leaking.
