WAS wondering if anyone cud advise on my turbo(td04) not boosting,the car has bin off da road for 2 years since the turbo started whining, I have since brought 2 2nd hand turbo's and re-conditioned them but each time the turbo wont boost,any ideas greatly appreciated.

have you remembered to put the restricter pill back into the pipe (one from/after the turbo) ? i made that mistake when i changed my turbo

 

dont mean to sound stupid but whats the restricter pill and what does it look like and which pipe sud it be in,thanx
