Can anyone help, my new brother inlaw has just filled his Seat Leon TDI up with £30 of unleaded petrol, is there any way of getting it out or does anyone no the costs of sorting out????

 

For god's sake don't start it. !!

 

I filled my GF's BMW 120 D M sport with a full tank of V power last year.
I managed to drive it home (10 miles) , drain it. I filled it with diesel and never had any problems. err on the side of caution and don't start it.

 

its abit late for dont start it, its been driven about half a mile and then just cut out

 

Ok then, drain the tank then fill it to the brim with fresh diesel. Crank it until it starts it will smoke like buggery for a while. Let it idle for about 30 minutes then take it out for a drive.
