Default Fitting new turbo

Hi guys,

I am fitting my new turbo tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone had any useful hints or tips on doing the job?!?!
Any help or advice would be much appreciated!!

Lots of WD40 over night.... And new gaskets!

have a bolt ready to put into the coolant line from the header tank, so coolant doesnt spill everywhere when you disconect it from the turbo

new skin for your knuckles...

as said wd40
i did mine everynight for a week and they came off easy ..

hardest bit was dropping exhurst off

Cheers guys....used loads of WD40 and lost lots of skin on my knuckles!!
Just got 1 bolt to get off and the ******* thing is just rounding off!!

That's always the way isn't it?!!! All bolts come off easily...... except one! And it's ALWAYS the last one! Really, REALLY drives me apoplectic

I always find that if you put the other bolts back in, it releases the pressure on the stubborn one.
