Flywheel Help

Looking to buy a new flywheel to go with my Exedy Clutch but not sure which to go for or should i go for a flywheel skim as a cheaper option?

I have a WRX 1999.

I had the exedy lightened flywheel on my last car,nice quality,and reved well.
