It would be worth asking Duncan, who posts as "Dynamix" on here, as he has done extensive "back to back" testing of both the Green, and HTA Green.

there so many great turbos out there this is the fun bit finding the right one, the easiest way to find the right turbo is to establish wat the car will be used for?and what ur current engine spec 2.0, 2.5? do u have all the right mods ppg, clutch and other supporting mods??

That'll be me then
All on a built 2.5 from Area 52 Autosport
Both were 8cm exhaust and 3 inch inlet.
Loved both Turbos although the HTA Green is the better of the two IMO. That is a great performing piece of kit and the sound effects from the porting are lush
They spooled up identically on mine - Full boost of 2.2 bar by 3500 but for those of you not running that boost level, they get to 1.5 bar at 3k with my AVCS heads (if not slightly earlier)
Both are 450+ bhp turbos with the HTA able to hold slightly more boost and being more efficient at higher rpm.
Speak to Jase at Area 52, but definitely worth buying from UK rather than US sources are Area 52 make some of their own improvements

Yeah Jase's car does well for a 2.0
2.1 will give you more torque for sure.
As I said above I have used both and they did what they say on the tin, made the figures and are good value for money.
Before anyone else points it out, it would be worth stating that I am currently using an MD321V from Lateral. It puts me in a difficult position but to be fair, on mine, it is generating more torque right through the curve at the same boost. It is a more expensive turbo so ultimately depends on your budget and power targets.
2.1 will give you more torque for sure.

looking really at 550+, depending on who builds 2.1 best is around 700bhp and bloody expensive ( i could have jase spec for less than 2.1 build and installation) gearbox has(accord to area 52) withstood 600lbsft or vice versa

Please dont take offense but I think you are dreaming if you think you can use that on the road though.
To get 550+ you will HAVE to go rotated and probably at least a GT35R
Is this in a newage or a classic?
Either way, you are talking the best part of £15k to get to that target (if not more)
