Sigma Alarm -- Thatcham Approved?
Hi
V Reg MY99 (facelift) Wagon
I assumed the factory/importer fitted Sigma alarm is Thatcham Cat 1-- but my insurance compnay say not
I think it is a Sigma 1 ---- but anyway standard alarm as fitted to above vehicle
does anyone know if it conforms to Thatcham Cat1 -- b4 i ring the insurance company

Apparently its factory fitted (by the importer) with a sigma m30 and does conform to Thatcham CAT1
so my insurance co were talking b@ll@cks -- but helpfully provided their own approved alarm installers I could use to get a CAT 1 system
just in case anyone else out there gets bullied by their insurance company
