Default Exhaust

I have a bug eye impreza WRX. I want to change the stock exhaust and have been looking on ebay for a stainless replacement.

There are several systems on there that appeal to me, most are Cat back however there are also several which are decat. Will this affect my engine managment and running if I were to take the cat out of the equation?

I want to eventually replace the manafold with nice shiny stainless one too - is it adviseable to do it all at once or is it just as easy to change the manafold when it starts to blow?

Thanks

If you decat it is best to get a remap to allow for the faster exit of gases you dont want it running lean , also if you remove the cats you will get the cel light up if you get it remapped you can get the cel fix done at the same time .Also if tou get a decat it wont pass an mot best to get a sports cat but they are a lot more expensive.
