Default ** VOTE NOW - Flat 4 Burble **

I have a 2003 WRX PPP & want to hear more of the flat 4 burble by replacing just the Back Box.

I know there's plenty of threads on this subject but can we have some thoughts on purely the loudness of the burble from the Back Box only.

e.g. my personal opinion of the following rating 1 for little burble & 10 for ear bleeding!:-

1 - Standard WRX
2 - Standard STI
4 - Prodrive

Can anyone give some Ratings for say the Afterburner Vortex, HKS, Blitz Nur Spec, H&S Jap style etc ...

Cheers fellow Scoobies

So if I were to replace the centre section with say the Afterburner Section I woud then release the lovely burble as per your vid without replacing the BB:-

Impreza Turbo 2001-2005 New Age : Subaru Impreza Afterburner Stainless Steel Centre Section

Cheers.

Correct remove the silencer and it gets less silent

Even if you end up getting a different BB after, having a straight centre makes the car rev more freely and is much smoother to drive without this exhaust obstruction.
