Default Power Upgrade Turbo

Hi, i'm looking for more power and performance.

Car Background Info.

53 Reg STi Type-UK
Blitz Nur Spec Exhaust
Sports Cat Downpipe
Decat centre pipe
Uprated fuel pump
Uprated panel filter
Remap by Mocom

As you'll see not a huge amount done but i'm not clue'd up on how to make the car have more power, I know with more power comes more stress and less reliability of components but i'm trying to find a safe margin.

I was looking at a APS40 Turbo, if I went down this route what else would I need to upgrade or will the STi be find with taking the extra power.

I'm looking at this stage to hopefully achieve around 375bhp+

That might not even be achievable with this setup but looking for suggestions and knowledge from those who do on what I need to achieve this.

Kind Regards,

Andy

If it were me and it was to a budget, I would decat the DP and try and source a VF43 as fitted to the 2.5's. Sell the Sports car and VF35.

Have a look at Andy's site for turbo information, but I have seen the VF43's come up at good prices and would IMHO fit your description.

Nah I wish though, saving for wedding at moment so not got much funds to splash around not to mention only just bought a new house at a time no-one else dares to

With the prices of Scoobs falling and so many listed on sites I've decided to keep this and gradually build it up to become a serious weapon.

Also Stacey is looking for a new car so I might buy her a WRX and she can have all my spares like Tubby, TMIC etc, etc.
