Depends on mileage, but a fully synth 5w40 is good, along with the 15w50, some people like the 10w60 but its a little thick for my liking, you can use the 5w30 but im not overkeen on that either, personally, go for either of the other 2, probably the best selection available to you (otherwise known as Motul 300v competition
