Just got back from holiday and fired the scooby up (MY99 turbo 2000) for the first time in 17 days. She started first time but coughed and spluttered while she got going and then all was fine but the check engine light has stayed on. I let her idle for 10 mins and then drove her back home and all appeared well.
Will it be best to have a diagnostics check done? Will the check engine light stay on until a diagnostics check has been done? Really need to get this sorted before the weekend!
