Default misfire question

out in the car the day 95 wrx lashing down with rain every so often it would start to misfire for about 30 seconds and then it would clear it was doin this every we while theres no covers under my small bonnet vents and one of my mates has got the covers under them is it possible that something is getting wet to cause this misfire? if so any help would be great as this is my first impreza havnt had it long not to clued up about them yet so any help would be great

sounds like water is getting into either the fuse box or coil packs??

get covers fitted to ur scoobs as removing them is a big no no

in all fairness he did buy it like that from the sound of it lol

so go round and hit the guy u got it from in the head lol

ye it didnt have the backplates when i got the car a bit daft taking them of anybody no where i could them? thanks for the answers guys very helpfull??

local breakers or ppl breaking cars on ebay will be best bet

There are 3 or 4 phase 1 cars currently being broken on here and loads on eBay...
