Default Missing pipe

Am hoping somone can help. I have been having trouble with my95 turbo 2000 missing and spluttering at approx 4500rpm. After looking for a possible cause i noticed one of the pipes which fits to the back of the inlet pipe to the turbo is disconnected. Its a small od s shaped pipe and cannot find where the other end should be connected to. If anyone could help then it would be greatly appreciated.

cheers

just been outside and looked and i have a hole where it seems one end of the pipe connects to which is at the back of the ribbed turbo inlet pipe between the MAF and the turbo inlet. I have one large breather pipe connected but i have a smaller hole underneath with nothing connected. Does this pipe go into there and if so where does the other end go to?
