Just found out that the engine in my V7 JDM STI needs a rebuild so i am looking to build it to take more power but the car must be able to run on standard management injectors turbo, ect, ect as the car has to go through a sva test it must also stay as a 2.0 for the test, i am unsure what i need to do for more power,i would rather build it as strong as possible for future mods so i don't need to strip it down and build again.
any advice would be much appreciated

 

forge rods/piston and more extreme fit a billet crank as well with cometic head gaskets and all tie down with 14mm arp studs , this kind of build will with stand 500bhp+ easy
that is what my 2.35 spec will be
but downside is you will need to sell the wife, yr kids , remortage , etc etc
