Is the version 4 (1998-1999) considered a "phase 1.5"... Or is that only the 1997-1998 v.3

Bottom line... will the STi v.4 440cc injectors fit the "phase 1" (92-96) fuel fails WITHOUT the need for the adaptor kit.
