Default Oil Cooler Mounting

Where is the best place to mount an oil cooler?

Was going to fit one behind the grille, but with the FMIC already covering most of the radiator i wasn't sure if it'd be a good idea to disturb what little free-flowing air there is getting to the rad.

Hi mate, i was at Zen Performance yesterday and saw an oil cooler sat where the top mounted intercooler would normally sit. It looked the b*llocks. They made a really neat job of it. If you don't want to fit it there, you could also fit it just behind the front bumper but close to the corners, they are quite big pockets and they maybe put sort of grill in front of it. Hope this helps mate.

Thanks mate.

I was originally going to mount it where the intercooler used to sit, but i have a reverse bonnet vent i'd like to keep on there.

I like the idea of behind the bumper in a corner, will look at a few options at getting the air in and out.
