Can the boost be turned up at all on a 2005 blob eye WRX.. Safely?

Without needing a re map, fmic, injectors, bigger turbo, etc etc.

I want to keep my car as safe as possible reliability wise, but i wondered if you can push it up a little without any problems at all?
