hey guys if i fit 550cc injectors i read they will cope upto 450bhp but if i fitted them to an engine running say 250bhp - 300bhp it wouldn't damage them would it?

reason i ask is eventually i will be running near 400bhp maybe more

 

To put this in context I ran 740cc injectors on a 340bhp engine with a VF28 Turbo. I had no problems with this and it actually greatly improved fuel economy.

You will need to get the car remapped though. If you put them in without mapping, you're going to have problems.

best to put 650cc or +. 550cc would limit you later
