Default Slipping fan belt on start

I think anyway .. it sounds like the fan belt slipping when I start, but not everytime.

Thoughts?

Probably auxiliary belt that drives the power steering pump needs tensioning. More likely to slip when engine's cold in the morning and steering oil thicker, especially if there's a bit of moisture in the air or condensation on the pulleys.
You tension it by moving the alternator and the type of belt used is adjusted quite tight.
