ok, the situation is - i had a full vortex afterburner system, today i replaced the back box with a blitz nur spec s (still have the afterburner centre pipe)
when the new exhaust was fitted it was alright, after about 30 minutes the car started to rattle really badly.... doesnt sound like the exhaust is knocking on anything...
would i need a new gasket???
i'm really not technical at all, so havent got a clue why its rattling,
i'm going to take it back to the garage that fitted the new exhaust, but just thought i'll get your opinions first.... could be something really minor
thanks in advance

dont think its the engine, car would have rattled before the guy fitted the new exhaust.... it sounds like it was coming right at the end of the car, only rattles when the road is bumpy... or if i change gears to quickly

if its rattling its more than likely the exhaust hitting the heat shield usually the centre section or hitting the rear diff try pushing and holding the exhaust to see if noise alters

got it sorted!!!, it was something catching on the exhaust... not too sure what it was, we had to grind about 1cm off it to stop it from catching
sounds fantastic now

Had the same problem with mine when I fitted a TSL exhaust to my Afterburner centre. The Afterburner centre make the Backbox foul the bottom of the sub frame where the trailing arms are connected.
Don't think it would be a good idea to grind that back though if yours was in the same place ?
