Changing injectors without removing plugs?
I know there was a post here somewhere on howto change the injectors step by step.
I've bought Sard Denso 650cc injectors which I will fit to my MY94.
anyone got a good howto?
I've seen that I should spray them with crc and then try to pop them out without destroying the rail, and remove fuel cap / disconnect the fuel hose at the fuel filter so there's no pressure.
(I've changed the plugs so the new ones fit, small screwdriver = WIN )

This is how I fitted my 440's with no issues first time round.
I had the Phase 2 440's with Lateral Adaptors to fit the phase 1 fuel rail.
Depressurise fuel system
Remove required items to gain access to injectors
Remove injector wiring multiplug
Remove injector cover plate
Now you'll be able to see the old injector sitting in the rail.
Next I liberally sprayed WD40 round the outside perimeter of the seal and used long nose grips and twisted them to ease the WD40 in. (waited 30 seconds) Then I used the grips and twisted the injectors to break the seal and pulled outwards to ease them out.
Careful not to drop any debris inside I cleaned the outside edges of the rail with some 800 wet & dry to ensure the surface was clean for seating the new one's.
Fitting the new injectors CRC silicone spray\WD40 can be used to lube the seals then guide the injector in and carfully push until there seated properly.
Refit all above items in reverse then prime the fuel pump a few times on ignition turn only.
Fire up and check for leaks.
