Hi guys, ive recently bought an import JDM spec blob eye 54 plate and theres a strange howling noise when the car gets to about 80mph+. Its hard to explain the noise exactly, its not a constant noise as such as it comes and goes every second. Its like wong..wong..wong not like a constant howl. Sounds stupid but i cant put it into words

Also on another note at high speed is it normal for the bonnet to move up and down much? Im guessing its the air being rammed into the scoop but its very unnerving at 80mph+ to see it like that.
