hello i have a 04sti type uk itz standard. when i turn on my sti and it is at idle and has warmed up the engine automatically revs up to 2000rpm and then dies back down to 1000rpm and then back up again. when driving over 2000rpm this isnt a problem although there is a strong smell of petrol from the car. does anyone know wt the problem is and if so please contact me on here or on my email adress. scooby-93@hotmail.co.uk . thanks
