1.1 bar sounds about right for PPP. Standard boost is 0.9 bar.
280 is a bit low for sti ppp but not all rollers are the same and also take into consideration the outside temperature, a hotter day loses you quite a few ponies.
If the car pulls strong and there is no hesitation then i wouldnt worry too much.
