whats the emissions on a 1999 uk turbo impreza?

it isn't quoted on 1999 cars, only taxed on engine size.

tbh i'm worried there gonna change the rules, they have for the later cars, sneeked in the fact its regestered after 2001 instead of manufactured after 2006.

yes but before 2001 there is no data available for the cars so would be a major headache for them to sort out, best way they can screw the older cars is by putting it up more for larger engines, but doubt they will rock the boat anymore, as the 2001 change is just hitting home with people and they are starting to realise what it accounts to, most people believed the media hype about 4x4's and thought that it wouldn't effect them, A friend of mine has a 1.8 petrol astra, nothing special and his is going to £260 next year,

tbh i have no faith in the government so can see em rocking the boat untill it falls over
