almost ready
I am after a little advise i have a version 5 uk turbo undergoing a few mods before i sent her in to be mapped (ecutek)have i missed anything? anyone running a similar setup or views,here is a quick list:
walbro pump
parallel rails
fse
gt spec headers
de-cat & 3"system
440's
ngk7's
hybrid fmic
for the turbo i have a pe1820 a little stonger than a standard vf22 fresh back from turbo dynamics i know not as good as a td 18g/20g but came to me at the right £££'s
the engine internals are standard but i have a second block i am about to start work on rebuilding for when????? but for now im not after big bhp/torque (gearbox) but would like a v little over 300????

I'd dump the fse regulator,and go for something like the sx or fuel lab etc. I've heard bad reviews on hear about them.
Also, while the inlet manifolds off for the fuel rail mod,be a good time to fit the inlet manifold spacers,keep the temps down. You can buy them for £75,or,like me have a go making them yourself from tufnol,at a cost of £15.(not made mine yet,waiting for my inlet gaskets to arive for the patern)
