Default Exhaust Fitting Question

I am going to fit a Prodrive back box onto my blob WRX and have a couple of questions:

If you need a gasket from the centre section to the backbox where can these be purchased on-line?

Does the Prodrive backbox fit straight onto the OEM centre section?

Also, how much should I be looking to pay for a 2nd hand Prodrive backbox?

Any advice would be appreciated..

YES

IRO £100 depending on condition, little higher for a minter.
FWIW you can get nicer exhausts second hand

Any advice would be appreciated..
