Spark plugs - which heat grade ?
Hi there,
I have a 2004 WRX and am planning a service next week. I want to replace the plugs and was looking to use NGK's as they seem to get a good write up. Just checked on Scooby World and found that the plugs come in three different heat grades 6,7 and 8. I am presuming this to do with the level of tuning the engine has had. To be honest my car is pretty standard with exception to a Forge VTA and a Scooby World cat-back exhaust. I am planning further 'light' mods in the future ( panel filter, and ECU remap ).
Can anyone recommend which heat grade, and ideally the specific model of plugs. I think they are NGK-PFR6B. Any other advice appreciated.
Cheers,
Wilky.
