Bugeye boost solenoid plumbing

I have just removed my boost solenoid to give it a clean and the the top connector (straight out) was connected to the air intake and the bottom connector (pointing down from the bottom of the solenoid) was connected to the actuator T piece, is this correct as I have read a post which suggests that they're the wrong way round.
