Default buying a crank

hi, i am after a v9 cross drilled crank for my 95 sti, i have seent them for 560 with the mains and big end bearings, is that a good price or is there anywhere cheaper, i have also seen an uprated oil pump for 140, cheers phil.

It won't fit I'm afraid.

A 95 car has a crank with a "center thrust" bearing fittment & a V9 has a "rear thrust" bearing fitted.

They are not interchangable.

hi, sorry i forgot to mention ive had the jurnals machined to fit a center bearing crank, that is what is in at the min, phil.

Dont you mean you've had your center thrust block machined to take a rear thrust crank ??

standard cranks strong enough 400 quid ish acl bearings 99 ish.
