Default boost controlers

was reading a bit about bolt on mods for the evo, it said that with a full ss exhaust and ,i think an apexi avc-r with a remap ,the avcr added 30bhp. would the same happen with a sti 6?

The AVC-R just lets you turn the boost up yourself.
Awesome bit of kit and very simple to setup and use.

I've got one and I love it.

it was a bit in the latest japanese performance magazine ,about bolt ons for the evo, it went lke this (but i'll have another look tommorow, left the mag at work)
induction kit, lowered bhp (expected that) added exhaust ,raised it by not much (i know thats differant from the impreza),remap raised bhp a bit, boost controler raised bhp by 30 bhp .

i'll have to have another look ,but basically the point was that the boost controller gave the best results

Avcr only controll the boost and will not increase bhp as stated above !

decat and a remap will give you the most gain
