Are they all the same or age specific?

The seals have gone in mine MY93 but have found one to suit an MY01-07 they look the same, just want to know for sure

if the bore size is the same it should be okay. this is cast on the body. some are 5/8 some are 3/4.

Ok cheers. Not really an easy way of finding out the bore size though, does anyone know the bore size of the slave cylinder on MY01-07 and MY93?

what would happen if I fitted one with a different bore size, heavy clutch?

You can see different markings the ra one as ?/? and the newer one has ??/?? would this indicate the bore or something?

what will happen if i fit a different bore size slave?

Yes it indicates the bore size

looks like there are 3 sizes from the photos
5/8 (same as 10/16)
3/4 (same as 12/16)
13/16

13/16 being the biggest bore.

just look for one with the same bore as you took off.
