Windscreen rubber removal?

I need to get the windscreen rubber off my MY99 Impreza to do a bit of sealing but can't see how to do it so as I can put it back on.

Can anyone help please?

No windscreen rubber m8 theyre bonded in are you on about the trims ?
If so theyre held in with clips if your carefull you can use a plastic trim tool and flick the trims out but they do damage easily.
