Hi ive a Sti V2 (Classic) 1994.

Just took it for the MOT and it flew through except the exhaust

Its been decatted and lambas removed.

Is there anyone who can lend me for the day a exhaust with cat and lambas on.

Reason i ask is the MOT guy says if i could show him original exhaust hed give me the certificate(MOT - Pass).

Think it sounds daft myself but he says his MOT licence is on the line if i get stopped (i can see his point a little but.......)

Im from Penwortham , Preston so if anyone is local id appreciate it. Obviously ill collect and drop off.

Did it fail on emissions then?

What were the results if you don't mind me asking.

 

Yes mate it failed on :

Exhaust emissions carbon monoxide content after 2nd fast idle excessive

Nothings straight forward and i dont want to go out and buy replacement even 2nd hand.

He said if i just took one into the garage then he could pass it.
