Bit of an odd one i can do some help with.Spend weekend driving in Lake District so have been enjoying my car alot But noticed last night and today that sometimes when i turn right my powersteering goes very heavy ( like total lack of pwersteering) for a few seconds.
Car is 2005 sti. I ve checked all belts and fluid levels, no leaks nothing looks broken.
Any ideas?

 

Get a full geometry check done M8, should see u ok

 

yeah, planning that, hope it's only that.

 

Powersteering has now failed...guess i ve found the problem! Anybody replaced a powersteering pump on 2005 sti? expencive?
