Presuming you have ALL the bits (LMA main gallery adaptor and your chosen pod/mount) and you're having it fitted in one of the usual places, it's about a 30-40min job for someone who knows what they're doing.

So I recon a garage would charge around £40..?

The best thing to do would be to ask if someone off here, who lives close, to 'help' you fit it, for a drink..

It's not difficult to do yourself if you know how to hold a spanner..

Either way, don't get swayed into using an oil filter sandwich pate/adaptor, it's just not worth it and they can be a PITA come oil change..!
