Default Is uprated wastegate worth doing?

Would a stiffer spring in the wastegate capsule ( or an uprated wastegate capsule ) help improve boost spool up, like at lower revs, or help hold higher boost on my TD05 turbo, Jap MY95 wrx?
Any pro's or cons on doing this?

I also have an AVC-R and Apexi PFC, boost is controlled by the AVC-R ... would I get the same effect by increasing the start duty on the AVC-R so it does not allow pressure to wastegate until higher boost?

thanks

No one used a Forge ( or other make ) uprated wastegate actuator - cracks at 14 PSI then controls as usual ..?

Your AVC-R will stop any pressure getting the the wastegate until you are approching your boost target so, no, this would not improve spool i'm afraid fella.
