rocker cover gaskets?

Exclamation rocker cover gaskets?

hi all,,, does any one know what the codes are from subaru dealer parts for rocker cover gasket for a jap sti vers 4 1997 ? because i got some from subaru and they have got two extra lugs on them at the bottom and on the side corner ? are these uk gaskets codes for the ones i have 13270AA082 and 13272AA082 these are no good...... any input please???

I had two extra little lugs on mine for an earlier car. I just trimmed them off and it didn't seem to make any difference.

Hey mate, I changed mine two weeks ago. I had a small amount of oil dripping onto my exhaust and it smoked every time I stopped!

It was surprisingly easy, I just removed the battery, window washer bottle, air filter (with box) etc... for easy access.

The gaskets I got for my JDM 96 Version 3 STI RA was : 132 70 AA 062

cheers for help i will see if dealer has these parts as they look like the type i need or if not i will just cut the extra lugs off the ones i have brought if you are sure this does not leak? cheers again

Sure mate. Yeah, these are the exact ones I'm 100% sure. They are the same as the seals I removed too. They definatly don't leak anymore...

get some 3 bond sealer from the main dealer too
