Default Prodrive 3 PORT

Prodrive 3 Port

Folks, my replacement wastegate solenoid has arrived at last from the US, the stock bit was playing up so decided to replace it with a quality part that didn't need toooo much modding to fit.

Question is vacuum hose sizes, should i be looking for 3mm or 5mm, rubber or sillycon (like the play on words there) and thoughts on removing restrictor pill. I have detailed files (as arnie once said) on this part and they say to remove it. No mention of vacuum hoses though.

Anyone here ever fitted one

5mm ID on the prodrive 3 port

Remove the pill but it will need remapping as the wastegate duty cycles will need to be reduced.

Quality part - plug and play

Ahh grate thanks mate, is "ID" inside diameter perhaps? I've been told that i can use fuel line as well. Should i be looking for rubber or silicone i'm thinking rubber.

silicone vacuum hose is the best bet - demon tweeks sell a 3 metre pack for about £8 in lots of colours.
