Default no compression

can all 4 pistons fail at the same time, with out any knocks or back fire before it,

why would i have poor compression readings

so poor that the engine doesnt even have enough to start

More likely to be bent valves if no compression on any of the cylinders

before that i lost power wnt go over 2000 rpm,then next day it wouldnt start. so dnt think it is the valves

Sounds unusual and unlikely to happen while the motors running. Could be bore wash on all cylinders
