Hi Guys,

I'm expecting this to end up with me having to get the car into the dealers but I'd ask if there's anything to look for?

My air con seems to have stopped working. If I turn the air con on, the button still lights but the usual momentary change in engine note doesn't happen and the air continues to remain warm rather than going cold.

I've checked fuse 17 and it appears to be fine. Anybody got any ideas?

Gas de-pressurisation.....

Mine lasted 5 years before enough leaked away to cease working.

£40 will get a top-up and mine's as good as new.

Hi Dunx,

Thanks for the reply. I must admit this had crossed my mind. What is a little annoying is that when I had the 20k service done they re-gassed the air con for me as part of the service. I find myself wondering if they cocked it up!!!!!

Just got the car booked into the dealers but while chatting on the phone he started talking about a radiuator that could have got pierced by a stone or something and that fluids could have got drained that way.... any ideas what he's talking about or where to check / any fluid reservoirs I can look at in the meantime?
